With the release of the Scout.com top 100 rankings for the class of 2011, there are always different ways to look at the data.

Here is how the talent is spread about:

Number of commitments from Top 100 players:
St. John’s – 6
Duke – 5
Arizona, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio State, Texas – 4
Arkansas, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Syracuse – 3

Where the talent is going:
Big East – 26
SEC – 17
ACC – 15
Big Ten – 12
Pac-12 – 11
Big 12 – 9
Atlantic 10, Conference USA – 3
Southern Conference, West Coast Conference – 1

Where the talent comes from (# of players from noted states inside the top 100):
North Carolina, Virginia – 10
Illinois – 9
California, Texas – 7
Georgia – 6
Indiana – 5
Mississippi, New Jersey – 4
Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania – 3
